Background and Purpose of the Project
There was an increase in the number of cases that were difficult to deal with existing system infrastructures, such as the "2025 cliff" issue and the increasing need to utilize cloud, digital technology, and external IT services
At the same time, while IT-related costs were being reduced, future staff shortages were also expected
To address these issues, this project was launched with the objectives of clarifying the direction of the system infrastructure from a medium- to long-term perspective and forecasting and fostering the demand for personnel

Compile internal analysis and external analysis through interviews with experts, and consider strategies for the future from the perspective of other companies and technology trends
Formulate cost estimates and roadmaps for a wide range of themes, including cloud utilization, openness, business terminals, security, networks, and organization and structure
Support the reporting of client's internal activities by organizing and documenting issues and issues in meetings
Contribute to the formulation of system infrastructure strategies from a medium- to long-term perspective based on the client's internal situation, other companies' initiatives and technology trends
